Coburger Designtage 2002

The front area of the historical „Hofbrauhaus“ of Coburg (which houses the faculty of design of the university of Coburg nowadays) is the main visual focal point and serves as entrance for the exhibition area of the „Coburg Design Days“ from the city center and the nearby city highway. This area was designed to be the eye catcher, in order to attract utmost attention for the design exhibition. Large sculptural shapes (created from light weight structures manufactured from thin plywood) together with a stage design of colours and light created a spectacular opening.
