scope of work:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Full Team Lead and Project Management, financial and administrative management, Development of implementation strategies under changing political circumstances and continuing personnel exchange, coordinating and supervision of Educational and Social Need Assessment, Integrated Planning for Investment Measures.<\/p>\n

Planning and leading school suitability assessment and site selection of over 60 projects in all governorates of Jordan, Organising large scale workshops for the partners, Development of architectural guidelines and design brief (green building principles, EDGE design), Lead Architect, Guiding the development of PQ documents for Works Contractors, Quality control of deliverables, Monitoring of all sub-consultants and JV partners, Leading the development of school designs with focus on participatory and state-of-the art pedagogic guidelines, and consideration of vulnerable groups including physically handicapped children, IDPs and refugees, as well as environmental friendly design criteria, Developing ESMF\/ ESMP together with ESHS experts, full reporting to the client and KfW.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
