KPEP phase I&II – Primary Education in Poor Urban Areas of Nairobi

Scope of work:

Supervision of 6 construction sites in Nairobi / Kenya (phase I), as well preliminary / final design and construction planning, cost estimation, tendering, awarding and supervision for 8 new schools in Kisumu and Mombasa / Kenya (phase II), full budget management, handing over to client, supervision of remedy of deficiencies, reporting, project management, contractor invoicing incl final invoices, contract and claim management, support and care for governmental missions.
